Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 oz pancetta or bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions

  • In a separate pan, cook pancetta or bacon until crispy

  • Whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl

  • Drain spaghetti and immediately toss with egg mixture

  • Add crispy pancetta or bacon to the pasta and mix well

  • Serve hot and garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese if desired
