Slowly add warm water to the mixture while kneading the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into round loaves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the loaves and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the loaves for 30-40 minutes until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
