In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil
Add garlic and ginger, simmer for 5 minutes
Add mushrooms, green onions, carrot, soy sauce, and miso paste, simmer for another 5 minutes
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions
Serve noodles in bowls and ladle the hot broth over the top. Serve with extra green onions and sliced red chili for garnish
