In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into small meatballs.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides.
Add red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the skillet.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
