In a skillet, cook the ground pork until browned.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and mix well.
Add cabbage, carrot, and onion to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center.
Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll up tightly.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
